The Wednesday Recital

Sameehan U Kashalkar

Sameehan U Kashalkar, the son of Pandit Ulhas Kashalkar, receives talim from his celebrated father, as an `A` grade scholar at ITC SRA. He is also undergoing Thumri-Dadra training from the prima donna of Benaras tradition, Vidushi Girija Devi. This Wednesday recital performance took place on February 16, 2011. Accompanying Sameehan were Sanjay Adhikary on tabla and Jyoti Goho on harmonium.
