Ajoy Chakrabarty

Ajoy Chakrabarty has been with ITC-SRA right from its inception, joining in 1978 as its first scholar. He went on to become one of the youngest gurus of the Academy, a post that he still holds. Here is a performance that took place on December 28, 1985. Accompanying Ajoy were Chandrabhan on tabla and Sanjay Chakrabarty on harmonium.
